Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
